Shipping policy

At GYMKRACK we prepare and ship every order with care so it arrives in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping area: We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands. If your postal code isn't covered, we'll let you know during checkout.

 

Delivery times: Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation, except for logistical issues beyond our control (public holidays, weather, high demand during special campaigns, etc.).

 

Shipping rates: Standard shipping €5.99. Free shipping on orders over €48.99.

 

Order processing: Orders are processed from our facility in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). Once payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and shipped within the stated timeframe. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

 

Shipping issues: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe or has a problem (damaged or lost package, etc.), contact us at support@gymkrack.com and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations: You can cancel your order at no cost as long as it hasn't started being prepared. Once shipping has begun, you'll need to handle it under our returns policy (30 days).
